Its easy to get started! All you have to do is take the first step by singing up for one of our "on-ramp" classes and you will be on your way to your best fitness ever. You don't need any prior experience or be at a certain fitness level to get started everyone is welcome.
Our "on-ramp" classes will take you through CrossFits nine fundamental movements. We spend a good amount of time in these three classes working on your form so you can safely and effectively enter into our CrossFit classes. This does not mean that you will be sitting around for three one hour classes, we believe the best way to learn these movements is to do them. The hour will be spent under the watchful eye of our CrossFit certified trainers that will be able to teach you the correct way through the movements. We also show you different ways to modify different movements so come work out time you can do everything on your own level.
